orders & shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 within the continental United States.
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm PT on weekdays typically ship the same day.
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we’re exploring for the future.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us at hello@folio.candles and we’ll make it right.
candles & care
Our candles are poured from a coconut‑soy blend. It’s clean‑burning, holds fragrance beautifully, and doesn’t throw soot like paraffin.
Burn times vary by size — typically 50 to 65 hours for our standard vessels. See the product page for the exact number.
Trim the wick to 1/4" before every burn, and let the wax pool reach the edge of the vessel on the first burn (usually 2–4 hours). This prevents tunneling and extends the life of the candle.
Yes. We use phthalate‑free fragrance oils and cotton or wood wicks. No parabens, no paraffin, no shortcuts.
